State Benefits - Your Rights
Your entitlement
to certain State Benefits is dependent on your individual circumstances and
may be means tested when being assessed for care. You may also be entitled
to alternative benefits regardless of means.
Any
benefits to which you are entitled should be claimed and can then be used
to contribute to the cost of your care. It is therefore important to establish
which benefits you may qualify for.
Your circumstances will influence the types and value of benefits to which
you may be eligible; it is therefore always advisable to obtain advice
